Upon arrival, crews encountered light smoke inside the residence. During their investigation, firefighters identified a tripped breaker in the electrical panel along with a distinct odor consistent with an electrical fire originating from a bathroom area.

Crews utilized thermal imaging cameras as a non-destructive method to ensure there was no hidden fire within the walls or surrounding areas. Fortunately, no active fire was found.

The homeowner was very fortunate—this incident highlights how important properly functioning electrical panels and breakers are in preventing more serious damage or a full structure fire.
